Summary/Abstract: Every organization wants to be performant and to reach its goals, thust the members of the organization should have the same vision about what they are must achieve and the objectives must be clear for each individual and department. In order to do so, there should be found ways of recognizing and resolving conflict between people before this situation might become too serious to affect cooperation.
