Job satisfaction in the context of employee training - research report

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the issue of adult education, based on the example of companies' training policy in relation to job satisfaction. The problem was empirically verified. The Work Satisfaction Scale ansd a self-authored questionnaire with statements about the training activities of the organisation were used. The study involved 757 people (402 women and 355 men), aged 20-78. The applied one-way analysis of variance revealed significant statistical effects. In view of the obtained results, practical implications were formulated.
