Summary/Abstract: Throughout the ages issues of morality have been connected with philosophy. Presently when a dynamic development of neurobiological research is observed, we are witnesses the formation of a new field of science – neuroethics, which shed new light on sphere of human morality. In this text I have tried to: 1) analysis of the issues connected with the formation of neuroethics and its research subject, and also: 2) present main results of researches into biological basis of morality. In the light of recent research reports I present such problem as: a) formulating moral judgments in perspective of activity of the brain’s centre of emotions, b) the role of neurons in the development of empathy and also neurophysiological basis of free will. To take up this subject is so important because the purpose of neuroscience researches in legal system, education, marketing and military may in near future change on our life.
