Social and ethical norms undergo constant changes, modifications and devaluation. The teacher should attentively observe and analyse the changes under investigation. He/she should also impact on the process of shaping the norms and patterns of behaviour that are new and desired in a given environment. When educating the teachers to be, we ought to remember that they are to represent high moral values, be independent and respect their own and their student’s dignity.
