Summary/Abstract: The modern world is characterized by the entry of artificial intelligence in various areas of business. The need to save time and resources implies the use of new solutions, one of which is the chatbot. The article discusses: the chatbot, its essence, types of chatbot, basic principles of work, opportunities to facilitate the work by using chatbot. Particular attention is paid to the possibilities and advantages of using chatbots in real estate agencies.
