Summary/Abstract: The aim of this paper is to present and evaluate public regulations proposed by the American, German and Polish governments during the economic crisis. Some of the regulations relate to financial, energy and labour markets. Most of them are introduced for the short term, but some of them will probably last for many years. This paper also discusses the efficiency of the proposed regulations.
