Summary/Abstract: The penetration of artificial intelligence (AI) provides enormous opportunities for productivity, economic development and progress in various sectors of the economic life. At the same time, it initiates many risks to human rights - labor and social, for the environment, for social development of society and others. Given the long-term transformations that smart technologies will cause, corporate social responsibility now requires social benefits not only for stakeholders and society, but also for future generations and for the world they will receive. Therefore the aim of this article is to find some new opportunities to overcome the social problems that AI brings to society and to involve its constructive forces in the socially responsible policies of companies.
