CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING THE UNIVERSAL BEQUEST AND THE UNIVERSAL TITLE BEQUEST

Summary/Abstract: The study dedicated to the bequest continues with the analysis of the universal bequest, as well as the universal title bequest. At the end of the study we indicated the mathematical calculation formulas that can make it easier the calculation of the corresponding share of the universal title bequest from the debts and tasks of the inheritance, these being a useful tool for law practitioners involved in succession cases.
