CONSIDERATIONS REGARDING THE LEGAL OBLIGATION TO MAINTAIN (II)

Summary/Abstract: The legal obligation to maintain, by its purpose, aim of ensuring certain categories of persons needed for living. The foundation of this obligation is family relationships, but there are certain categories of people who benefit from this right without having family relationships. The sphere of the persons between whom there is the obligation to maintain has been fixed by the legislator, also the order in which maintenance is due, as well as the general conditions of the maintenance obligation. This part of the study outlined the order of maintenance and its geneeral conditions.
