Summary/Abstract: The unification of Romanian law includes a staged temporal aspect through its creation and unitary application throughout the territory during a long process of elaboration, import and national synthesis, started with the emergence of the single Romanian state and abruptly stopped by foreign occupation and years of postwar dictatorship.
