Summary/Abstract: This study targets the administrative law aspects of some activities carried out in relation to protected natural areas and in particular the management of conservation, use, and adoption/approval of management plans for these areas. Where for, it analyses the legal doctrine and the case law of these issues and finally it gives some general conclusions and recommendations de lege ferenda.
