Summary/Abstract: The article is dedicated to the withdrawal of the administrative act under the first hypothesis of Art. 156, para. 1 of the Administrative Procedure Code. In particular, attention is paid to the legal nature and legislative requirements for the validity of the withdrawal. The article presents the author's analysis and conclusions, as well as doctrinal opinions and case law on the issues raised.
