Summary/Abstract: The succesoral transmission of the testator’s goods is made through the bequest, the main testamentary disposition. For this reason, in the first part of the study dedicated to the bequest we set out to define this notion, to indicate its regulation, to present the legal characters, so that in the end to indicate the ways of designating the bequeathed.
