Burhanuddin Nameq and His Literary Personality Researches and Works

Summary/Abstract: Burhanuddin Nameq is one of the great poets and writers of Afghanistan Uzbeks whose value is unknown. With his poetry, academic personality, and valuable works he translated, Burhanuddin Nameq is one of the rare people who wrote classical-style poems in Dari and Uzbek. Burhanuddin Nameq, who is also a historian and a good satirical poet, is unfortunately not known properly due to the geography he lived in. He could not live during war years in Afghanistan, and he had to immigrate to Pakistan. After the Taliban regime, he returned back to Afghanistan and currently he is living in Kabul City and continues for his academic, lingual, and literature researches. In this study, it is aimed to introduce this academic, author, and poet to the academic word of Turkey.
