Summary/Abstract: In this study the concept of the time which is treated broadly on Eastern literatures as well as its effect on Afghanistan Uzbek poets are adopted. A period which works of literature entailed topics about times of reforms şn which deep societal events occurred involving the complaint people concerning how times went wrong on the course of time, is being introduce. The time was so unbearable that no poets write about something good, because of the frustration of that time. They think that there must be something wrong with time because things are going so bad. The condition of that time is pushing to write bad things and as such things are going wrong ways. At that time, the poets were complaining about the adverse effect of technology, economic instability which reacted to absolute poverty absence of the military to face enemies and so they failed to accept it as destiny. At that time the leaders are incapable irresponsible and corrupt their own people and society, people behaviors is going down and bad. Prior to what they used to before, so as a matter of fact the Afghanistan Uzbek poets write such things. Now that time has changed, however it did not bring positive change because Afghanistan Uzbek poetries think that time has stolen something from them, for the fact they were complaining about how they missed past time.
