Summary/Abstract: Today, enterprises are referred to as the technological age, causing the competition between them to intensify more. The advantages of intense competition in terms of businesses have led to the differentiation of their products and services as well as the development. The subject of the study is to examine the impact of hotel companies in the tourism sector on customer memmuniyeti from the point of view of innovation and marketing. 4-5 star hotel sector employees were interviewed face-to-face, innovation marketing and customer satisfaction to ensure the determination of the effects.
