Especially with the combination of this parameter and the difference in services offered in health institutions, this creates more complexity. In line with the competition of health institutions, which has emerged especially recently with globalization, it is becoming a main element of compliance and activities of management systems. This situation leads to significant changes worldwide. Health institutions and organizations have been one of the most basic elements of the structure in increasing the quality of life. According to quality systems in health institutions, it did not aim to secure the safety of employees and patients as a barrier to error during service delivery, which is one of the main objectives. It is the system element of the cultures formed in the management structure of health institutions and businesses, forming the three elements of quality and patient safety. In the improvement of the patients in the processes, it is necessary to build on the organizational structures and management understanding of the corporate cultures in which they are found, in a patient-centered manner. As a result of this situation, it is very important that the health institutions in the systems of quality management are patient-centered and that they are formed in a way that prevents the mistakes of people. In order to achieve the expected success in total quality applications, it is not sufficient for employees and materials in health institutions to be centered on improvement.
