Summary/Abstract: Emmanuel Macron, who has officially become the President of France on May 14, 2017, has been one of the youngest political actors in French history as well as the European Union policy. Macron's victory over Marine Le Pen in the second round of the election is also meant a new extent in the context of far-right ideas that tend to rise in Europe. Macron has been a figure in the agenda of the domestic and foreign policy in a short period since the beginning of the presidential process and has faced several crises. In terms of domestic policy, the “Yellow Vests Movement” has brought an important process in this respect. When analyzed from a foreign policy perspective, Macron's new rhetoric on relations with the European Union and the United States has drawn attention. Meanwhile, the relations between Turkey on the eastern Mediterranean and Islamophobia axis have reached a level that can be considered as a crisis. This study, which covers the first half of Macron's presidency (2017-2020), aims to analyze the change and continuity specific to France regarding these relations. It is observed that France's reactions/reflexes, especially in the field of foreign policy, have been continuous at some points whereas shown changes on the other.
