Summary/Abstract: The defense of a person’s life has been a common feature of all legal systems since ancient times. Thus, the right to life is the most natural human right and is regulated, nuanced in the world’s constitutions, so that the current Constitution of the Republic of Moldova provides the three fundamental civil rights, namely the right to life, the right to physical integrity and the right to mental integrity. In this article we aim to analyze the general victimological measures required in the case of murder offenses. Sometimes, victimological prevention is the only solution to solve the main directions of prevention of this crime.
