Summary/Abstract: The current report explores the possible events, in which coercive administrative measures can be applied in regards to the content, addressees and form of the administrative acts. Various practical examples have been given. The administrative acts, regulating the application of CAM, have been analyzed in consideration of the spread of COVID-19.
