Summary/Abstract: Failure of the lawyer to appear within the deadlines established in the case, late drafting (overdue) of the appeal in the minutes, failure to issue receipts for the amounts collected, misleading the client in order to show that there are collaborating lawyers in the office, who also have the degree of teacher university, constitutes a disciplinary violation, sanctioned by the law and the status of the legal profession.
