Summary/Abstract: Supplier selection is a very important process that requires multiple criteria to be taken into consideration for enterprises to make profit, to provide maximum benefit with minimum resources and to use scarce resources effectively and efficiently. The aim of this study is to select the most optimal supplier among 4 suppliers for the emerging camera needs of a public institution. The importance of the 11 criteria determined in the decision process was determined by the Entropy method and the most important criteria were After Sales Support, Past Business Performance and Impact criteria, respectively. Since the price and labor cost values of the suppliers are close to each other, these two criteria are considered as the least significant criteria. Supplier alternatives were evaluated with MAUT and VIKOR methods which are multi-criteria decision making methods and the results were compared. According to the results of VIKOR and MAUT methods, supplier rankings are the same and the ranking is A1, A2, A4 and A3 respectively.
