On the Possibility for Termination of Administrative Penal Proceedings by Consent

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the possibility of introducing the institute of consent also in the administrative penal proceedings similarly to its introduction in 2000 in the penal proceedings and according to the specifics of the proceedings related to administrative penalties.The standpoint is that through the introduction of such institute also in the administrative penal proceedings the judicial system may be eased from this type of cases; another effects could be the acceleration of the procedure for collection of public receivables with sanction origin, the improvement of legal awareness and the confidence in the activities performed by the public authorities and the increase of the responsibility of the subjects in charge of the administrative penalties in the state apparatus.
