Criminal Transmission of False Calls or Misleading Signals of Help, Accident or Alarm

Summary/Abstract: The feature offers an analysis of elements containing signals of the criminal transmission of false calls or misleading signals for help, accident or alarm, as regulated in Article 326 of the Penal Code. In brief, it regulates this crime in the penal legislation of Bulgaria since 1935. The article comments on its place in the system of crimes under the actual Penal Code and some of the most popular hypotheses are given a note. The latter can be quoted as examples of disposition to the penal norm under Article 326 of the Penal Code.
