Summary/Abstract: The feature offers an analysis of elements containing signals of the criminal transmission of false calls or misleading signals for help, accident or alarm, as regulated in Article 326 of the Penal Code. In brief, it regulates this crime in the penal legislation of Bulgaria since 1935. The article comments on its place in the system of crimes under the actual Penal Code and some of the most popular hypotheses are given a note. The latter can be quoted as examples of disposition to the penal norm under Article 326 of the Penal Code. Here you can find definitions of terms such as "false calls, misleading signals, help, accident, alarm, etc. under the same law. There is a description of the connection between this and other similar penal law provisions, inter alia in the Special Part of the Penal Code. The purpose of these connections is to illustrate the correct implementation of penal legislation in relation to real events threatening the public order.
