Forgery of the results of medical tests and its criminal consequences

Summary/Abstract: This paper aims to draw attention to several ways in which forgery offenses can be committed in relation to medical tests, as well as to the possible legal consequences for the involved individuals and legal entities. In addition, the paper addresses specific issues regarding the meaning of some expressions from the criminal law point of view and their applicability in the medical field, where there are problems of unitary interpretation and, as a consequence, of predictability of the criminal law provisions.
