Summary/Abstract: Taking into account the growing popularity of vloggers, influencers and other people who perform online, as well as the media coverage of some cases in which certain crimes were considered to have been committed in their activity, crimes which that have not yet enjoyed a special attention from the judicial practice and legal literature, this paper represents a brief analysis of the crime of public instigation and others alike, on which public opinion has been focused during this period, and of the circumstances in which they can be committed.
