Summary/Abstract: This is an article on the specific case of sale on the condition of redemption. The object of the analysis is the permissibility of such a condition in Trade and Commercial Laws, as well as the problems related to the term of the buy-out and the compensation for the necessary and useful expenses incurred.Special attention is paid to the effect of the sale on the condition of redemption to the third parties.
