Summary/Abstract: The Build Back Better is recently imposed as slogan and strategic tendency. This expression captures a dominant and characteristic orientation for contemporary times. The new keywords that describe the life of humanity are adequately "resilience" and "recovery". The globalized world aims at a more resilient and sustainable future, not only with hopes of increased cohesion, but also with an increased sensitivity to the potential for dangers and disasters, in an attempt to give coherence to global efforts to create and follow up with appropriate programs and guidelines to deal with optimally the risks and challenges expected to materialize in the future, not too distant, though. This formula, Build Back Better, correlates, in a "strong" way, with the global projects of humanity designed to prepare mankind for a sustainable future.
