Summary/Abstract: In this study, an evaluation has been made on the importance of the teaching profession as a specialization profession, the importance of professional performance, and the need for candidate selection and criteria for teacher education. It is intended to create a perspective. An inferential content analysis based on sources was made. It is a descriptive study in scanning model.
