Summary/Abstract: The pandemic, which emerged in Wuhan, China in December 2019, was diagnosed with a new coronavirus after the patients developed pneumonia without a specific reason and did not respond to treatment processes. The rate of spread of the virus, which can be transmitted from person to person, grew in mid-January 2020. In the following processes, virus cases in various countries in Europe and Asia-Pacific started to be reported. It was declared a world epidemic by the World Health Organization (WHO) in March 2020. In March 2020, it was reported that Europe has now become the epicenter of the Covid-19 pandemic. As of April 2021, while there were approximately one hundred thirty-two million confirmed cases and one hundred seven million recovered cases in the world, two million nine hundred thousand patients died due to the virus, and these data shook the whole world. In the studies carried out, four critical issues have come to the fore in preventing the rapid spread of the virus and the increase in casualties: Taking action with early and effective methods for each country to control its borders and track foreign entries into their countries, and those who are quarantined to control the Covid-19 virus. The aim of this study; In the light of current data and literature, to evaluate the Covid-19 pandemic in general and to make inferences against the epidemic and pandemic management with a different perspective, taking into account the impact of the pandemic process on energy consumption and energy efficiency, especially in the natural gas and oil market, in Turkey, along with other countries in the world. and making recommendations.
