Summary/Abstract: Firms have to improve their products and services in order to compete. The continuous effort of companies to improve themselves is to compete, to acquire more customers and, as a result, to profit. Institutions also engage in activities to improve their services. The aim of the institutions in increasing the service quality is to ensure the satisfaction of the citizens. Within the scope of the study, the changes made by the Fatsa Population Directorate in order to increase the service quality and appreciation were examined within the scope of different dimensions. These dimensions are visual innovation, technological innovation and service quality. With the prepared questionnaires, the visual and technological innovations and service quality were evaluated by the citizens and the necessity of these innovations was investigated. One of the technological innovations in the institution, the population matic device can be used not only in population directorates, but also in streets, campuses, airports, etc. locations are planned. The opinion of the citizens regarding this planned project was sought. In the continuation of the study, the Technology Acceptance Model was applied for 199 Appointment Systems and NVI Appointment Systems. The descriptive analyzes of SPSS Package Program.
