The paper is an important international benchmark for all interested in the history and institutions of Megara and the Megarian colonies. In this regard, suffice it to say that with the publication of A. Robu's monograph it becomes K. Hanell2 's previous work, considered a reference (on right) decades in a row. A detailed discussion of all the most important issues addressed by author would not only go too far from the goal we set ourselves, but it could in some places exceed the limits of our competence.
