Summary/Abstract: This new series of epigraphical notes (continuous numbering) concerns two unedited fragmentary inscriptions, one in the former National Museum of Antiquities (MNA, now Institute of Archaeology) from Bucharest (no. 15), the other one in the Museum of National History and Archaeology (MINAC) from Constanţa (no. 16), as well as an attempt to restore the ll. 14‐15 of the newly published (BĂRBULESCU & BUZOIANU 2014) Istrian decree found in Săcele (no. 17). 15. Fragmentary dedication of the Council and the People from Tomis to Septimius Severus, perhaps 201 AD. Best parallels are ISM II 84 and AE 1997, 1325 = SEG 47, 1161. 16. Fragmentary honorific monument from Tomis for Caracalla (209/210 – 4 February 211 AD). Closest analogies are IGBulg II 616, 621, 629, 630 (Nicopolis ad Istrum). 17. In the above mentioned Istrian decree, the author suggests (ll. 14‐15) to restore χρηστὰς ἐ[λπί|δας]. This formula is to be found in an inscription from Halicarnassus (GIBM 894), as well as at several ancient writers.
