Summary/Abstract: In addition to the great names of Arab history and literature, Zakī Muḥammad Mujāhid included eight Bosnian writers and historians into his work Famous Eastern Names in the Literature and History of the Fourteenth Hijri Century. He thereby filled a void he felt in the case of the 14th century and underscored the fact that science has no homeland or borders and that all cultural achievements ultimately flow into the common river of human civilization irrespective of their national identities.
