Summary/Abstract: Muḥammad Abū Zahra was a man of spoken and written word. His views on a range of issues in the field of Islamic Studies were received with respect during many scholarly gatherings in which he participated, especially at the meetings of the Islamic Research Academy, of which he was the founder. During those meetings Abū Zahra debated with many scholars including Husejn Đozo, a corresponding member of the Academy, whom he called Sībawayh. However, Abū Zahra also objected to Đozoʼs stance about the need for adapting Islamic rules.
