SAINT CORONA, MIDDLE AND HELPING IN THE TIME OF PLAGUE

Summary/Abstract: In recent weeks and months, a word often uttered by the inhabitants of the entire planet is: Corona, the Corona virus. There are few, however, who know that there was indeed a saint by this name, invoked even in cases of epidemic (molime), mentioned in the Orthodox calendar on November 11, when we celebrate two other, more well-known saints: St. Mina and Theodore the Student. In the Catholic Church of St. Corona is mentioned on May 14, and in Armenians on November 10.
