Summary/Abstract: The Huedin region is a geographical area that transmits to future generations cultural and historical values based on the interethnic coexistence of the inhabitants of this area. The ethnographical and spiritual heritage is an argument to support the identity of the inhabitants of a country. The element that connected the multiethnic communities in the depression and mountain-hilly units from the region is the city of Huedin, which has evidence of millennial existence and preserves the values of local identity through traditions and traditional crafts. Conscious of this fact, we will try there to bring into attention its heritage and to speak about its relevance for the contemporary space, using different sources and emphasizing both the touristic, geographic, historical or cultural landmarks of the area.
