Summary/Abstract: The discovery of a marble votive plate during the archaeological excavations in the area of the temple dedicated to the Palmyrene Gods at Ulpia Traiana Sarmizegetusa, set by Philomusus, imperial freedman and assistant of the bookkeeper in the archive of the headquarters of the financial procurator of the Dacia Apulensis province, as well as a fountain top margin, probably constructed on behalf of the same imperial freedman, together with his son, Regalis, allow now to resume the discussion on his activity at Sarmizegetusa during the Severan period.
