Summary/Abstract: In the newly known Lex municipii Troesmensis (see note 1), the members of the council are called decuriones conscriptive. According to the author,the decuriones were representatives of the former village (vicus), becoming municipium. Instead, the conscripti were the representatives of the cannabae of legio V Macedonica, who added to the decurions of the city.
