Summary/Abstract: In the contribution we are addressing the issue of the teaching profession, which should meet the needs of society as a priority, should be beneficial for its well-being and benefit. We also analyzed the teacher's identity, which is formed by looking for his or her profession, by preparing for work, by enhancing motivation in the exercise of a teacher's profession, in contact with pupils, parents and other teachers. In this context, we conducted a survey of motivating students to study the teaching profession.
