Summary/Abstract: In connection with the education system, it is important to emphasize that it must ensure the development of the whole personality of each person, because then it is important if it allows a person to develop all his abilities and apply in our country and in other countries. When making changes in the school system in the Slovak Republic, it is necessary to proceed from the Concept of the Development of Education in the Slovak Republic. In this article, we focused our attention on the analysis of the educational process and the possibilities of its innovation.
