Summary/Abstract: If the organization of local government in Bosnia and Herzegovina is observed, a continuous process of organizing, conducting, planning, directing, coordination and control over all relevant results and activities can be noticed through the organization. That is one of the ways to closely define, analyze, observe and improve the factors contributing the overall results and the success of local government organization as the ultimate objective of existence. Although the processes and procedures of the organization are stipulated totally different from the private sector, there are all managing functions within the local government bodies.
