Summary/Abstract: Law no. 24/2000 on the norms of legislative technique for the elaboration of normative acts, republished: how many of those involved in the Romanian economic „phenomenon” considered necessary a reading of this normative act, in order to understand the succession of amendments to the fiscal legislation? But let’s not linger too long (for now) on the legislative technique and focus on a really important field in terms of resources generated by Romania’s GDP, one of the engines of the economy, namely that of construction.
