Summary/Abstract: The discussion about the differences between the generations is always relevant due to the specifics of the value system, the way of thinking and the working methods of people of different ages. Managing them is sometimes more than a challenge and requires a specific approach and very careful consideration of the actions of managers. The main purpose of this article is to systematize the theory of age differences, to identify problem areas in the management of people of different ages and to give some guidelines for managerial actions.
