Summary/Abstract: The article showcases good practices supporting professional activity of people with Down’s syndrome, whotake an active part in the various ventures undertaken as part of the Przystanek Szekspir and Szekspir na Startprojects, carried out in the Tri-City. The presented activities, based on the powerful concept and belief in equality,are aimed at including people excluded from the privileged groups into the beneficial labour market. In order toreconstruct the activities, relations and meanings of the work experience manifested in the space of the projects,the author carried out a research project using the ethnographic method as its methodological framework. Thestudy material was collected by means of observations, in-depth interviews, ethnographic interviews and fieldnotes. In the paper, the author offers answers to the following questions regarding a number of issues: How arethe presented professional activity projects carried out? What happens within these projects? What meanings doemployees with Down’s syndrome assign to their work experience? How is these employees’ work perceivedby their colleagues, viewers, job coaches and employers?
