Summary/Abstract: In participating in the Croatia's war of independence, a part of the soldiers remained completely or partially blind (blind or visually impaired). Such individuals needed to be trained for living in the new circumstances. For this purpose, they have undergone a process of rehabilitation in order to master certain skills related to the independent mobility technique. Since some of the blind veterans manifested distinct features of PTSP, it was necessary to consider this fact. For establishing the correlation between the rehabilitation and the mastering of the independent mobility technique robust discriminative analysis was implemented.
