Summary/Abstract: The problem for actual dimensions of the principles of education is viewed on the basis of survey with content analysis of the scientific publications in theory of education published in the last decades of 20th century till today. Some authors point of view are directed to nontraditional dimensions of the problem of the connection between laws and rules of education. They growth is viewed in the field of interpretation of main ideas of new pedagogical paradigms and requirements of the pedagogical practice. In conclusion are formulated some new variants of contemporary dimension of the principles of education that enriched classical pedagogical principles and approaches.
