Summary/Abstract: A moment in which kindergartens are forced to predict and cope with the long-term consequences of COVID-19 crisis, it is quite necessary to focus on the needs of all concerned groups-from children and their parents to service providers and above all ,on the needs of the employees. Actions of a new kind should be taken concerning work force, most of which have no analogue up to the present moment.
