Summary/Abstract: The quality of the educational management has been in the field of view of the experts over the past few decades. In the conditions of competition, the principal-leader of the educational institution begins considering the organizational, educational and the managerial problems of the quality educational management through the prism of strategic management. The prospects for the quality of the educational management are outlined as a function of the personal competence profile of the principal, in the context of the desired quality of education.
