Summary/Abstract: This paper is a continuation of our research and reflection on the poetry of Vojislav Ilić in Serbian poetry of the 20th century. Vojislav Ilić is rightly considered a reformer of Serbian verse and a forerunner of Serbian modern. Milosav Tešić is the creator of the Serbian amphibrach and two types of Serbian articulated verse, which can also be experienced as a pseudohexameter. This paper deals with Milosav Tešić’s relationship to Vojislav Ilić in terms of intertextual connections, in terms of enjambement and expanding the rhyming possibilities of the Serbian language and verse, and above all points to Tešić’s articulated six-foot „dactylo-trochee“ – articulated decapentasyllabic verse – and trimetric amphibrach – articulated decaoctosyllabic verse - with the conviction that these verses can be interpreted as new types of Serbian pseudohexamter.
